Should I get a full excision, or or partial plus laser on the other half?

From your photos, it appears that your tattoo is fading, although if you have not seen much improvement from your past few treatments, it would be suggested to seek out different laser options. Excision is rarely suggested, as it does leave scarring and depending on the location could need a skin graft. Hello and thank you for your question and for providing photos. If you have not already, try using a PicoWay laser by Candela Medical. It has great strength when it comes to finishing tattoos. Also, there is a setting on the PicoWay called the Resolve that can help heal away the underlying brown of your skin (the hyperpigmentation). The hyperpigmentation always make a tattoo removal seem slower even though it is just a skin healing color. Good luck!
