Renuva confusion - are effects immediate or does it all go away at first?

Half the sources i read say renuva completely dissolves over a few days like sculptra and effects take months to show. Other sources say the donor fat yields an immediate effect and is slowly replsced by your own fat, keeping your results consistent. Which is the truth ? Im asking because im going on vacation and want a semi permanent filler with immediate effects. Radiesse is a waste as I heard the carrier grl (70% of it) is gone in 3 months. Please advise - thanks
