Hi, i have gone through hairtransplant and it seems that i am doing well just want to sare some pics and need your reviews on my current condition.

It has been 73 days since your hair transplant; we are still in the early stages of the process.

During this period, the hair has not yet emerged; it is just beginning to grow.
From what I can see in the photos, there are no issues.
To accelerate the process, you can use additional treatments.

Finasteride
Minoxidil

PRP

You should see some beginnings of growth by the 3rd month. Sometimes earlier and sometimes longer. But all in all you need to be patient and allow at least 10-12 months to see what grows.

First I have to see preoperative situation before making an assessment .Reregrowth should be observed on 3-3.5 months after surgery. Regrowing hair is thin, undersized and not bright untill 4-5 th months of hair transplant. İt's normal for new growing hair starting to get native characteristics, waviness, curl in first 6-7 months..This actually takes 10-13 months for hair to become full mature , as thick and bright as native hair.

Most people will notice minimal to no growth under 4 months.  Give the treatment and your body the time it needs to heal and allow the hair to gain nutrients prior to growth.  Your final result will come at 12-18 months.
