You should see some beginnings of growth by the 3rd month. Sometimes earlier and sometimes longer. But all in all you need to be patient and allow at least 10-12 months to see what grows.

First I have to see preoperative situation before making an assessment .Reregrowth should be observed on 3-3.5 months after surgery. Regrowing hair is thin, undersized and not bright untill 4-5 th months of hair transplant. İt's normal for new growing hair starting to get native characteristics, waviness, curl in first 6-7 months..This actually takes 10-13 months for hair to become full mature , as thick and bright  as native hair. 

Most people will notice minimal to no growth under 4 months.  Give the treatment and your body the time it needs to heal and allow the hair to gain nutrients prior to growth.  Your final result will come at 12-18 months.

73 days after surgery is too early to growth or assess growth.  Give it 8-12 months and then go see your surgeon to review photos and discuss results.
