What do I need done? My smile has ruined my life

You smile has not ruined your life but it does leae room for improvement.  A litle orthocan align your teeth but it will not create a great s You will still have a narrow upper jaw (maxilla) and dark buccal corridors.
It s possible to fake a full wide smile by building up 10-12 teeth with veneers and crowns and to create an illusion of a fully developed maxilla.  You could create a 10-12 tooth full smile but the underlying bone would still be narrow.
I would prefer to see you grow your maxilla three dimensionally with a DNA Appliance and Epigenetic orthopedics/ Orthodontics to create a full wide expansive and relaxed smile.  You could finish your case with bleaching and a little bondng or a full set of veneers for the hollywood look.

major issue is with yr central incisor. best option in yr case is invisible aligner / invisalign. it will take around 9 months to align teeth. 

Thanks for posting the picture. Great news, you are really a very easy fix. I would first start with orthodontics to move your teeth into a more ideal position. After orthodontics is complete I suggest whitening your teeth. If your teeth aren't white enough after bleaching you may want to consider veneers. Best of luck!
