Severe glabellar lines and major collagen loss - should I try C02 Laser or dermal fillers?

For facial rejuvenation I would suggest a combination approach including:
1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP
2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors
3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year
4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill
5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting
6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest

The one photo does not permit adequate evaluation. However, in general, in the glabella and lower central forehead region, there are two contributing factors to dents and wrinkles: a dynamic component, i.e dents that appear with muscular motion of the facial expression muscles in the area, and a static component, i.e. the dents/wrinkles and folds that have become "etched" like creases into the fabric of the skin. For best results, both aspects should be addressed. Botox will help to decrease the muscle movement often underlying and responsible for the indentations in the first place and filler to lift and smooth the creases that have already formed. Performing both techniques has a synergistic and more long-lasting effect than performing either technique alone. Make sure to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck

hello, dermal filler may be much better for you than laser. It would be more correct to ask this subject to plastic surgeons or dermatologists. I am a gynecologist. I have no experience with these regions.
