Microdermabrasion has gone really bad, what do I do?

I just did PMD at home for the 3rd time and completely forgot I started using Retin A. My face is red scratched and on fire plus some scabs are coming up. I did use natural Aloe Vera and cold compress. I feel like I really ruined my face and I'm getting quite depressed about it. Can you please tell me what else I can do .
