My Permanent Crown Fell off and I Can't See the Dentist 4 Days. What Should I Do?

My permanent crown fell off last night. I have an appointment with my dentist in 4 days and I already called and they told me they wouldn't be able to see me before this time. I'm worried about my teeth shifting or more problems occurring because I'm not sure if this is too much time to wait. Is there any advice for my situation while I wait?

It sounds as though you may need to find another dentist. If your dentist is in the office they should be able to see you sooner than four days from now. If they are not in town, then they should have another doctor taking call for them to see you. If neither of these is the case, find a new dentist and have it looked at. Good luck.

You need to seek an early appointment. If that's not possible, you can get it temporarily fixed by some other dentist. Resist from trying any At home or DIY things as it may cause permanent damage to the crown and the tooth.
