I had a small black tattoo that was about 5 years old. Long story short I went to a guy who I trust who has done a few other of my tattoos and he pretty much told me the only color that would cover it was blue. Because I trusted him I let him do it, I had seen his cover up work before and they were good. Once he started with the blue I immediately hated it! I am so upset about this!! Can the wave part of this tattoo be completely removed? ( just the part on my ankle, where the cover up is?)

I am not sure if your tattoo is already gray and more difficult to treat. You are correct that black tattoos are the easiest to treat. Please find an experienced physician in your area to treat your tattoo. Multicolored or oxidized grey or blue tattoos are much harder to treat.
