My dental bondings keeps chipping away, now I have no bonding. What is a more permanent solution?

Based on your description, it doesn't sound like your dentist is doing something wrong.  In general, bonding on biting surfaces tends to chip away pretty easily.  Each time your bonding chips, you risk breaking off more of your previously chipped tooth.  This means that several months from now, you could be looking at an even bigger chip than you started with.  I strongly recommend that you consult an excellent cosmetic dentist to see about porcelain veneers on your two front teeth.  Veneers may seem expensive, but when you consider that they can last you 20-30 years, before having to be redone, then they are a great 1st option.  Your two front teeth are the most important teeth to most people because they are the first teeth that EVERYONE sees.  Having them chipped will undoubtedly affect your day to day personal life.  Many dentist provide financing and/or payment plans that could make veneers affordable for someone like you with limited income.  Good luck and I hope this helps. Porcelain veneers are much stronger, and hence should be much longer lasting than direct composite bonded veneers.  That being said, I would also recommend that you utilize a cosmetic dentist who is experienced using EMax porcelain, which is one of the strongest and most natural looking porcelains used for veneers.Your dentist should also make sure that you don't have a grinding (bruxing) habit or clenching habit, which puts extra stress on all teeth and dental restorations.  If your bite is uneven and you do those things, then you might also be better served to wear a night guard appliance while your are sleeping to increase the lifetime of your new veneers.
