I booked appointment wt a lady doctor to remove my pubic hair by laser removal I want to remove my hairs on penis shaft n base of my penis l I have 1 Inc penis when flaccid state n when I get erection I get a 4.7 inches penis, my question is ...Doctor need penis erection to remove my penis shaft hair or is possible for doctor without erection penis, what is the best condition to remove penis shaft hair by laser , penis with erection or without erection ?
