If i remove my aligners can I smoke one cigarette a week maybe? My worry is that the attachments might get stained. Will they?

Ideally the plastic edge should follow the margin of your gums. By the looks of your photos it appears to be off by maybe 1 millimeter. I wouldn’t worry about such a small descrepancy unless the edge is bothering your cheek and preventing you from wanting to wear your aligners.

There are a couple of different options for making your teeth look more symmetrical. Invisalign or Veneers/Crowns may be good options. Please share some photos of your smile so we can give you recommendations.
