Is this bulging neck vein a cosmetic issue or something else? (Photo)

I am not sure which treatment to file this under. I have this huge vein on the left side of my neck. I have really started noticing it more in the last 6 months. Is it an issue that can be treated cosmetically, is it something that might be more of a medical issue, or none of the above? I am 34f, 5’8” and 112 lbs with no known medical conditions. I take 10 mg of adderall daily for adhd.
