If you had bicuspid teeth extracted before braces then the recessed chin is a very common occurrence. There is no way to fix this (short of a chin implant) without reversing the bicuspid extraction (retraction) orthodontics. To reveres the procedure, you would wear a removable appliance that enlarges the dental arches (what should have been done originally) and brings the lower jaw forward. Unfortunately, you would also have to wear braces again to align the teeth and eliminate the posterior open bite that occurs when you bring the lower jaw forward. We do this for lots of patients who are dissatisfied with bicuspid extraction orthodontics and often are not only left with a receded chin and mandible but also have a small upper lip, narrow smile, airway and TMJ problems, and compromised facial aesthetics.Good luck!
Thanks for posting the pictures. Additional information is needed to be specific but it does appear that braces and surgery would be the best corrective measure in your case.
That depends on the bone height between two teeth. To analyze that, an IOPA x-ray is a must. so it's my advice to upload an x-ray, so I can guide you better. If the bone is not enough in that area, we can increase gum height with a bone graft or tissue graft.
