Had 3 fillings now have severe pain????

Had 3 fillings done on my lower right molar teeth. Had an adjustment day after fillings due to high spot but a week later room temp water, pressure and just touching my tooth in a certain spot cause a very sharp pain to radiate down to my jaw... It seems to be less sensitive to chewing but not to touch it hurts to brush my teeth..could there be a crack in my tooth??
