Skintyte laser on the neck: what are the risks? How long does it take to see any results? (Photo)

I have set up an appointment to have this done on my neck to get rid of some line creases. The technician said it will take a few sessions. I have had laser on my face and it worked great. I have had laser done on my legs for veins and it caused matting. Since this is such a visible spot I am nervous.
