Is Viviscal really good as they say to regrow hair?

Viviscal is a nutritional supplement, whether it is of benefit depends on what is your diet. Most people get adequate nutrition so a supplement may be unnecessary. There are many effective treatments for hair loss, but I would recommend seeing a good hair loss specialist to determine what is causing your hair thinning then formulate a good short and longterm treatment strategy.

There is no evidence that this improves hair growth. I  recommend getting a formal consultation with a hair loss expert. The best options are PRP and progesterone injections to the scalp and/or hair transplantation.  Best, Dr. Emer.

There is no magic to Viviscal. It is a dietary supplement and these rarely impact causes of hair loss that are genetic
