Extreme fat loss 9 years post rf treatment, what can I do to prevent further loss?

I had a radio frequency treatment 9 years ago, at the wrong hands immediately after I lost volume , as time went on I lost more and more volume/ fat loss, altering my shape. I also had dents , holes concaves. After a year the ongoing effects stopped only to shockingly start again 9years later. Started having same issues fat/volume loss shape being deformed and it’s still happening getting worse and worse. I don’t know what to do… any advice/comments I appreciate.
