On a large tattoo that is almost ink free but still has that ghosting effect - what cream/agent can you use and how ? Anything that you can find at the pharmacy for a decent price ? I don't really want to have to go trough laer for PIH .. I believe with lots of time and agent itll be fine. What donyou suggest ? Thank you kindly
