Can PDO threads help with eyelid retraction after a lower blepharoplasty? (photo)

Hello, I've had a botched lower blepharoplasty a year and a half ago and I got retraction. Since I am scared to do a revision (very invasive procedure), I was wondering if a PDO thread could help with the retraction and correct a bit the negative canthal tilt. Thank you.
