Hello, I've had a botched lower blepharoplasty a year and a half ago and I got retraction. Since I am scared to do a revision (very invasive procedure), I was wondering if a PDO thread could help with the retraction and correct a bit the negative canthal tilt. Thank you.

Thank you for the question. I highly recommend doing any type of thermal procedure before the thread lift or thread skin rejuvenation procedure. Waiting 2 weeks after is ideal. You want your skin to go back to normal condition before performing thread lit
Waiting couple weeks post treatment for post treatment swelling to resolve is recommended if the treatment is in the same area. If the thread treatment is not in the same area as the filler, can be done immediately. Thanks
