It’s been already 2 years and a half of fat transfer in my cheek for a depresion in it now it became a hard lump diagnosed as fat necrosis by an ultrasound what are my options ? I am scared to remove it and stay with a dent

Augmentation of temple areas with fillers or fat grafts will create nice improvement and bring more balance to your face. It is possible to permanently achieve good result by placing ready made silicone temple implants as well; this may be done in local anesthesia. Good luck.

Considering the extent of malar hyperplasia in your case, a cheek implant augmentation would be better solution than fat grafting; possibly a combination of the two. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in facial implants and fat grafting is recommended....
