Please HELP! 3 months post Infini RF & LaseMd and I'm still developing Micro-holes & Lines.

I had Infini RF (max depth in acne scars 1.75) 3 passes (all spaced out ) followed by Lase Md (level 3) 3 months ago. At 2 weeks, I began seeing "microholes". They are still continuing to appear. They flatten down into a "line" as they connect over time. From my nose to inner cheeks there are several and a few on outer cheeks. Provider has "never seen this" or heard of it before. Will it self correct? Is that possible. Please Help.
