High canine teeth. How long until they are in place with braces? (Photo)

Both my k9 teeth are up high, I want to know how long, when I do get my braces on, that it will take those two teeth to come down in the proper place so I can actually smile.

I would NOT recommend removing any adhesive (glue) from your old retainer at home as this could damage your teeth. I think your best option is to find an orthodontist who can remove the glue for you and discuss options for a new retainer (there are many different kinds of retainers).  Long...

While there MIGHT be some level of bone loss after removing wisdom teeth, it will have NO affect to your appearance.
