I got coolsculpting five days ago on my abdomen and my whole body is itchy. My fingers started to swell and I develop rashes that come and go. Could my liver be in overload?
Answer: Itching after Coolsculpting Thank you for your question. No Coolsculpting cannot overload your liver. However, it is common to have itching sensation in the treated area after Coolsculpting treatment. You can ice the treated area and take Benadryl to help relieve the itching. If your symptoms continue for more than a week please follow up with your treating physician. Best of Luck!

Answer: Itching after Coolsculpting The liver cannot get overloaded from Coolsculpting. The procedure can cause temporary inflammation to the treated area resulting in mild itching or irritation. I recommend contacting your physician as they can recommend a medication to relieve the inflammation.
