I wish I could have a wide broad "hollywood smile" my upper arch is just to narrow, when I smile you can literally only see the fron four. My midline is also off and is shiftet more to my right side, most importantly to me I would like to widen the upper teeth arch, please let me know what I can do. Sorry for not posting a pic.
