What else can I do to help/prevent dry eye in the morning? I just had my PRK surgery 2 weeks ago.

I just had my pkr surgery 2 weeks ago, I rarely have any dry eye besides 1st thing in the morning waking up. I’m trying to find anything that could possibly help cus it can be quit painful 1st thing in the morning.
