I just had my pkr surgery 2 weeks ago, I rarely have any dry eye besides 1st thing in the morning waking up. I’m trying to find anything that could possibly help cus it can be quit painful 1st thing in the morning.

A prescription for Restasis drops to use twice a day will help. I will often prescribe Restasis before refracticve surgery to avoid post-op dry eyes. Lubricating ointments like Refresh PM or Muro ointment ointment before you go to bed may also be helpful.
