from wearing SM OR scrubs to MED & have gained 30 pounds.My eating habits are still very good.(I even have people ask me often "that's all your going to eat?")Ex: Breakfast, protein shake, banana, coffee.Lunch:either a "chunky" soup,or P3 protein pack w/ cottage cheese.Dinner:bowl of chili, or roast beef cut up in toddler-size bites,enough to fit into an 8oz cup.I'm miserable& I can't find what to do.Please help.I just graduated college,started my new profession,& am getting married in 3 months.
