But today I noticed blotches on a black block part of the area And through out the day they have turned into blisters is this somethinto get checked out ? They are quite sore and painful to touch

Thank you for your question in regards to laser tattoo removal. A delayed reaction from laser treatment after you were completely healed is not common. It is best to follow up with your provider. I hope this helps.

Hi. Typically, blisters from tattoo removal form soon after the laser procedure is done. If the initial blisters healed completely, then it is unlikely that the current blisters are due to the treatment. You should definitely see your medical provider and get them checked out.

4 weeks post a laser session, seems too late to have any treatment related problems. But it is best to return to your doctor, to look for either a granulomatous response from the pigment and/ or to evaluate for herpes zoster.

They will likely want to take a skin culture, to check for any infection. It's rare for a tattoo to completely heal, and then, get a delayed reaction (unless there has been some chemical irritation or trauma to the area?) You should go back to the provider, and, have it evaluated. I hope it goes well :)
