If I mix a pea sized amount of my nightly RetinA with equal amount of a moisturizer, am I getting the full prescription strength and benefit of Retin A? I have lots of irritation after two years of nightly use and my skin is completely rebeling. I'm wondering why now? I am now in hyper mode in trying to fix. Is Retin A, Drunk E. C, and a 12% Gycolic Acid cream, applied nightly, too much? If so, could I apply the vitamin c and glycolic for daytime? I use spf between 30&50 everyday. I am 52.

Hi gm21aj!By looking at the photos you supplied, it looks like your pores are congested. I would find a licensed esthetician in your area and have them do extractions and a light chemical peel. Salicylic may be a good option, given your oily skin. It will help to regulate your oil production. ...
MondaI prefer more gentle retinoid creams like Retinoid Repair RR cream and its use with Elevase Moisture Booster, an Opti-Ceramide cream for deep moisturization and hydration and Spectrase, which is a wide spectrum sun block (SPF 50+) to prevent sun damage and irritation. See link below.
