Had bladder cancer surgery and an ileal conduit - can I qualify for Velashape?

35 yrs ago, I had bladder cancer surgery and today I have an ileoconduit with an external pouch for urine. I have staples inside the abdomen and have been told that I would not qualify for all treatments available to reduce abdominal fat. Does Velashape, Zerona, RF, etc., ok to use as treatments? Thanks
