7 months after QWO injections, blotches are still prominent. Can something be done to minimize their appearance? (photos)

I had my final QWO injections on my bottom Feb 2022, initially after the second round I bruised and thought nothing of it. Bruises were deep purple and pronounced. After the final treatment same bruises. Fast forward 7 months later bruises remain. Performed by board cert dermatologist. I have leopard spots all over my bottom visible blotches have used arnica topical and pills need assistance in this. The derm is contacting the company to see if anything else can be done. Any thoughts?
