What's the best Ultrasonic Cavitation strength?

I wanted to know what's the best strength for this procedure. Some places use between 20-28,000hz and some up to 40,000hz. Which would work best? I assume 40k but, I want to make sure this is correct.

I suggest speaking to your physician and getting a formal evaluation to determine if this is swelling , fluid, or just anatomy.  Some people have this body shape regardless of liposuction.  If not, external heating devices and massage help.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It is not okay to do cardio 10 days after liposuction.  It will mobilize nothing but it will surely increase the swelling and put you at risk for bleeding and hematoma formation.  Typically it is best to wait 4 weeks after liposuction before starting cardio.   You certainly will...

Injectable substances can reduce fat. However, they have a much higher complication rate than conventional liposuction. Most liposuction can be performed with local anesthesia or oral sedation and local anesthesia. It remains the standard of treatment.
