I wanted to know what's the best strength for this procedure. Some places use between 20-28,000hz and some up to 40,000hz. Which would work best? I assume 40k but, I want to make sure this is correct.

My suggestion is to allow the area to heal for at least 12 months. After that time, if the swelling persists then selective and limited suction lipectomy can be done to get symmetry. You are doing everything you are supposed to do. Some patients can have prolonged swelling (edema).
