I will travel to other cities and states if they cost less than in Miami. Considering countries like Mexico and Dominica Republic.

My problem is that I insist on the finest quality in both the results as well as in the process. You can shop around to find cheaper prices. I can promise that my office will not be the one. You have to decide which is more important, cost or quality. Both are important,but which is more?
