Loss of tone after Laser Genesis. Skin is sagging and I look older. 3 weeks post op. Is this normal? Will it resolve?

I did LG to my face last June2nd and that same day I did botox on my forehead which turned out with horrifying results.The LG was unpleaseant, it was hot and I smelled burning, the nurse said it was the machine,is that normal? She kept adjusting the heat since I have sensitive skin.My skin isSAGGING,the lines around my mouth are so deep now.I even developed acne with white bumps but the loss of tone is so depressing. Will this resolve? Anything nonsurgical I can do?I look 10years older. Help me
