Cheek drooping, fat loss and broken capillaries after Laser Genesis and botox, why is this happening?

Getting eyelid drooping is not as common as it used to be. Physicians have become much more precise as to where to inject each patient to prevent this (since all faces are unique as to structure, muscle action and muscle mass) - but it does still happens, even if rarely, and means the Botox drifted into unintended lower location. As to Botox injected into your forehead affecting your naso labial folds, it is more likely a visual perception you have since you have loss of muscle movement in your upper face. Laser Genesis is a fairly low level laser (it is usually used in a series to get good effect.) Are you certain it was Laser Genesis and not a stronger laser selection?Only your treating physician can provide you with the best answers. 

Laser genesis helps lighten red blemishes on your skin (blood vessels, acne scars, sun damaged spots, stretch marks, etc).    Botox paralyses muscles and smooths out lines - if your brows drooped, some was injected in the wrong spots that hold up the eyebrows, but I would assume that not having lines on your forehead was the reason you got Botox.    Sounds to me that you are over 45 and have some loose skin - "loss of tone in my entire face and nasolabial folds extremely pronounced causing more wrinkles around my mouth" will only be helped with a facelift, and possible resurfacing with a laser or deeper peel for the wrinkles around your mouth.
