Will braces w/ extractions fix my protruding mouth? (Photos)

Question

I hate my protruding mouth. It looks like I make my lips stick out on purpose. I've had braces before for different reasons,but none of my orthodontists mentioned or cared about that problem. I wonder if braces with extractions would fix my problem, or if I need surgery. I took pics of my profile. The original pics are on the right and I edited them on the left to show how I think I would look like with the problem fixed. (Oh and ignore my nose, I know I need rhinoplasty too :( ) Thank you :)

Bad idea to extract teeth and retract your upper front teeth. This plan would pull your upper jaw back to meld with a lower jaw that is underdeveloped. By pulling your upper teeth back you will have a less protrusive upper jaw but your nose will look bigger and your face will look like an arrow point from the profile view. You will also make your upper lip smaller and your arches more narrow which will make your smile narrower. You can also create airway and TMJ problems.A better treatment plan would be to either surgically more your lower jaw forward or move it forward with an orthopedic appliance.Good luck!
