The scabs fell spontaneously, I didn’t pick at them but I’m afraid that wearing long sleeved clothes that maybe rubbed on the scabs while putting them on made them fall before they were ready. Now I have small round bumps like pimples, one has even some white pus and I’m afraid it’s not healing well. Also, this thing is only happening on the red part of the tattoo, all the other colours don’t have these “pimples”. Is it normal? Will they heal on their own or are they a sign of scarring?
