I find no promising pictures of dermal pigmentation completely removed (no sign of there ever being hyperpigmentation), usually there's just a minor improvement, but I have seen rare cases with tattoos. Are tattoos easier to eliminate completely? I would think that if a tattoo can be removed completely, pigmentation should as well. Please tell me your opinion, I have a long lasting dermal PIH I want to remove 100%, but I'm afraid it's not possible at this point.
