2 days post-op wisdom teeth removal- can I already eat food such as pizza, and other solids?

I'm a female, 18 years old. Got all four wisdom teeth out about two and a half days ago. The wounds are all closed, meaning there's no big hole where food could get stuck. No stitches. All I've been eating since the surgery is jello, applesauce, rice and soup. I'm a skinny girl and because I haven't been eating as much as I should it's making me weak. I've been craving pizza but don't know if it's okay to eat it or not..

You can eat almost whatever you want so long as you're comfortable. I wouldn't eat anything like chips or nuts that can break into small pieces and get lodged in the sockets. If you're feeling ok, you should be fine to move on to more solid foods.
