Will my face heal from infection from Fraxel? I think my face was burned! This is pic 7 days after! (Photos)

I had a spot treatment for an acne scar with fraxel laser7 days ago. I developed an infection the next day and was put on antibiotics and muciproin. I feel my face was burned! I worry about scarring:-(
