Will jaw surgery help me fix my flat labiomental fold and flat philtrum? (Photo)

I'm 29 years old, i notice i seem to lack a labiomental fold below my lower lip, on my chin. My philtrum is also flat, instead of at an angle. Will getting jaw surgery fix both of these things? Update: New photos added. I weigh 215lbs, but am in the process of losing weight.
