My gums receded when getting a bone graft. I got the implant (right one next to my front 2) done and it looks too long from the gum line and from the bottom of the tooth too. The top of the tooth has a little bit of grey on it too. Is there anyway I can fix either of this? Is it also possible to get braces or Invisalign with the implant? My front tooth shifted outwards when a temp was put in before the final implant.
