Cold sensitivity after removal of Invisalign attachments can be an indication of exposed dentin or porous enamel. You should give it a week or so as your enamel can naturally remineralize with saliva, or use a densensitizing toothpaste. If the sensitivity persists, you should return to your dentist who can apply a desensitizing varnish or treatment. In our office, we use a dental laser with excellent results for calming sensitive tooth nerves down as well.

Invisalign trays should be flush with teeth. Sometimes in crowding cases the tray does not fit the same on all teeth but after wearing them for a while they can fit better. Ask your dentist about your concerns if you feel something is off. Hope that helps! Good Luck!
