Hello, Vivace is a very safe and effective treatment for all skin types with virtually no down time. Immediately post treatment it is normal to experience some redness that generally subsides within 24 hours after treatment. Some people may experience some mild bruising but this is rare.
Hello! It is common to experience redness and possibly a small amount of swelling with the Vivace procedure. A mask and serum are applied immediately following the treatment, and these quiet the skin down immediately. Most patients then feel they can go out in public with no makeup that evening, as the skin looks fresh and smooth. Vivace Treatment opens thousands of micro-channels in the skin which remain open for 6-8 hours. Do not apply any make up or any unapproved products on your skin during the first eight hours.
