Hi, I have prominent eyes that I am not really fond of and heard that cheek implants could be beneficial. What kind of cheek implants or filler would you recommend and could orbital decompression be beneficial for me?
Answer: Infraorbital-Cheek Deficiency Standard cheek implants are not going to be effective as they do include the full scope of your facial skeletal deficiency, the infraorbital-malar bone complex. You have a negative orbital vector which is classic for this type of facial skeletal deficiency. A custom infraorbital-malar implant augmentation is needed combined with a lateral canthoplasty to change the tilt of your outer eye corner.

Answer: Facial surgery cadbyry, you really need to see a plastic surgery specialist that does "only faces" and get an evaluation. Make sure you like his/her's photos on their web site. Be wary of changing too much at once, expecially at your age. See the video and good luck!
