BruxZir porcelain is definitely strong, but it NOT my choice for porcelain veneers. Every case is different and your dentist knows your case the best. What are the reasons for choosing this particular material? Is your case suitable for veneers or a full crown is a better option in case your a severe bruxer? All those questions should be answered before making a final decision.
Absolutely not! Do not have anyone place zirconium veneers on your teeth. You will not be happy with the esthetics of them and they don't bond (adhere) well.
Yes BruxZir is strong but NO it is not esthetic enough IN MY practice. Furthermore, veneers are bonded/chemically adhered to teeth...Zirconia is not the best material for bonding. There have been improvements in BruxZir Cosmetics to make the material more translucent but making the material weaker and it still isn't on par with the ability to bond with high strength. If your teeth are very dark or you prefer an extreme bright white flat shade...Zirconia has a tiny advantage. My material of choice is eMax in 2017, beautiful-stronge-stronge bond to tooth-highly customizable and could be made in a single visit with a CEREC dentist.

So sorry that you have this issue! Proper planning is crucial to the success of porcelain veneers. We offer a blueprint to our patients so that things like the gum line can be addressed in the planning stages and evaluated to know if a laser gum adjustment is needed.
