Can mesotherapy gun cause blindness?

I'm interested in getting mesotherapy and skinboosters but I'm afraid that injections can cause blindness. If skinboosters and fillers are injected with mesotherapy gun is there a risk of blindness?

Pretty much any injection can theoretically cause blindness so the answer is yes.

All procedures have some inherent risks involved.

For individuals who are highly risk averse having elective procedures may not be the best idea especially ones that are not based on real science.
