Is Cosmelan 2 safe to use long-term?

Hi, Yes i agree, Cosmelan is a very good cream but you cannot use it for a long term as you may end up with minor side effects. You can always switch over to other lightening cream without retinol and hydroquinone for a long term use. Hope this will help. 

Tyrosinase inhibitors ideally should be rotated. In high concentration medical conditions can occur. Be guided by your dermatologist. I personally rotate Cosmelan 2 with Meladerm or Melrarase, ideally Cosmelan in winter together with peels and or laser to markedly reduce pigmentation, then other products in Summer to maintain.
