3 weeks post Cosmelan mask. Is there anything I can apply to soothe the burning?

My face is red, sore, peeling/flaky and still stings whenever I apply the Cosmelan2 cream or hydra vital cream or sunscreen. Anything at all, even the face wash stings. It's been 3 weeks since the mask, perimeter of my face darker than the insides. Is there anything I can apply on my face to sooth the burning? Thanks. Mimie

Hi, Thanks for posting your query with picture here. Cosmelan 2 has agents which causes peeling and that is why your skin is red.You can reduce the quantity of cosmelan 2 cream for a week. The effects of cosmelan 1 you used should have gone away after 12 days, but if you are using cosmelan 2, that may be the cause. Both have the same ingredients just different strength. Revisit the provider that prescribed cosmelan for you.
