Using SkinTyte after several treatments will give you about a 50% improvement. If used in combination with Ultherapy you will see an even better improvement. Skin tyte is excellent for tightening the neck skin and for improving its texture. It will not address fat and I agree with previous suggestions to consider Kybella injections to remove the fat under the chin. It will really improve the neck contour. Most patients need 3 sessions of skin tyte.

If you are a chronic user of Retin-A or other retinoid, you do not need to discontinue for Skintyte treatment. However, if you are a new user and/or having irritation from it, probably best to discontinue for a couple of days until no redness or irritation seen.

Skin tightening devices produce heat deep to the skin which can affect fat regardless of how it got there.  Fat shrinkage is a possibility.  Read the fine print of the consent for the procedure.  Give some consideration to a traditional lift as well.
