Using SkinTyte after  several treatments will give you about a 50% improvement.   If used in combination with Ultherapy you will see an even better improvement.  Keep in mind that this is a noninvasive treatment and will not give you the best result which surgery provides.  You may also want to consider Kybella which is an injectable and requires multiple injections to achieve optimal results.  It is best to contact a few surgeons in your area and seek an in person consultation.  Best of luck!

Skin tyte is excellent for tightening the neck skin and for improving its texture.  It will not address fat and I agree with previous suggestions to consider Kybella injections to remove the fat under the chin.  It will really improve the neck contour.   Most patients need 3 sessions of skin tyte.
