Reversing the damage done by extraction orthodontics. Is it possible to create room for implants? (photo)

KenSmith2018
As you can see in the picture. I was given canine substitution. My smile has been completely destroyed by extractions. My lateral incisors were removed along with other teeth in order to give me braces and create this narrow smile. I am really disappointed in the results from my orthodontic treatment. I feel like my facial structure potential has been completely destroyed. I am now left with no cheekbones and an overall very “flat” facial profile. Is it still possible to expand my dental arch?
